The history of COC is deeply intertwined with the dedication and passion of my grandparents, who have poured their hearts and souls into bringing this project to life. With a lifetime of experience as a retired soldier turned experienced engineer, my grandfather's vision for COC reflects his commitment to excellence and his desire to create a truly special place for people to call home and work.
Over the course of three years, my grandfather meticulously planned and executed every aspect of COC, drawing from his expertise in construction and his understanding of what makes a building functional and inviting. From selecting the perfect location in the heart of the city to painstakingly designing each floor to cater to both residential and commercial needs, every decision was made with care and attention to detail.
